Just seeking some opinions,.. what ship can best take out fighters?
Also the EA is looking to purchase a ship with extreme anti fighter capabilities, anyone interested can contact us directly.
Our ship lineup is rather bland,..

Not looking to make anything secret or anything,.. any acceptance of this ruling should be fair to all.
The EA sees many battles coming in which fighters play a critical role,.. due to our poor shiplist selection we are short on any ship varient that has powerful anti fighter ability.
We seek to pay another nation to build a ship for us. The exact nature of overpayment or favor exchange to do so,.. I feel,... is up to the nations involved.
To be straight foward we would seek the Fed/or other suggested nation,... to build an antifighter vessel and over pay say maybe 10%-15% more than the ships value/or similar favor. Upon completion they would transfer the vessel to us. Could they screw us before tranfer,.. sure,..
The real issue here is that I am requesting a rules change/manufacture during the game. As we all know this has been horribly frowned upon in the past. Anyways just to be a rogue S1 is asking LOL .
Our Galaxy must cooperate to survive,.. this is but a little step towards that.

Is it really a rule change? it would seem allowable inside the rules if it was phrased differntly. {IE} as an exchange between nations. you trade them a ship or whatever. they give you your anti fighter ship in exchange.
I don't see that prohibited in the rules anywhere. Am i wrong?

The ISC would build you one. OH WAIT, the ISC no longer can BUILD SHIPS, sucks to want anti-fighter ships now
