We have made a major breakthough on the IGG .
I know now what to do with the pieces,.. no Warp,.. not stick em up my a.s.s LOL
Not that I suspect we will get all the pieces assembled but at least now if we wanted too,.. we know how, where, etc.
Ho Chi I think it is a fine time to post our info on the peice we have. I see no reason to withhold it.

We will be moving to begin assembling what little we have of the weapon.
Any nations which wishes to contribute its piece can contact us and we will be glad to share the info we have and you can be part of the process.
The EA does not seek to "own" this weapon and as far as we are concerned it is communal property owned by all. If someone else wishes to command the assembly, that is fine with us. Likely the assembly point will be a first target hex by the Empire so we just as soon leave that hex quickly after our piece of the gun is delivered and in place.
We believe that once a piece of the weapon is delivered it will not be able to be stolen due to the nature of the Ref setup. We will know more/confirm this once our piece is in place and will relay this info to all. Nations which lack a piece of the weapon can still help by providing cover/protection fleets around the assembly point.
Watch,.... this is what will trigger the invasion LOL LOL LOL

The Lyrans would like to provide cover. What hex is the assembly going to be in?

Rumor has it,.. I am still waiting for 100% confirmation, that all the pieces of the IGG are in the hands of the players,..
I was not aware of this and maybe I am incorrect. Ho Chi was put in charge of weapon assembly and I have not kept track of it, his dealings, or how far he progressed. From the email last night he sent me, he seemed to indicate that all pieces were accounted for and by the looks of the nations that possess them,.. we might actually see an assembled gun.
This surprises me greatly as I thought the odds of this were about 1 in 10 down to 0%
I guess it is time to make some decisions as players. The number of questions that swirl in my mind exceed the time I have for this post.
Thoughts from all the nations,.. ?
I guess the biggest question right now is does any nation object to the assembly of the weapon?
Lets start there.

The romulans have no problem with the assembly.

Again the Lyrans would like to provide cover for the assembly - provided our home world will not be attacked by the Roms while we are away! So where is the assembly hex?

I have been working with those who hold the pieces about revealing this to everyone. I personally have no problem with it, but before I go and decide on my own to reveal this,.. I wanted to make sure I did not piss off anyone. Especially since they hold the keys to this gun. I am just waiting to hear back from 2 people.
We welcome the Lyran forces and the exceptional skill of their pilots in this endevor. Either way you will be there, the question is only do we post it publically for all, or just send the info to those who request it after getting them to agree and promise/swear not pass it on, interfere with the gun, or otherwise subvert our effort.
This is all provided we have a final go ahead from those who hold the pieces.
Like I say I want to do this, but just want to make sure I am not irritating others who may not feel my way. This is not for me to decide alone at this point, and to assume it was only my decision,.. would only futher prove to the players Sheridans'ss's arogant ways LOL
I am trying to be PC here,.. who woulda thunk eh? LOL LOL LOL

I would imagine that it would have to be in the Vorlon home world hex as that piece is not movable?

I concur with your thinking on where. That piece would provide the power needed(5EP), and it cannot move, so I doubt it could be anywhere else.

ahhhh, now i think i get it. there will be either 3 or 6 other hexes involved, whereas the anchor is that, the anchor, and the middle. I wonder what the odds are that the hexes(should there be 3 others) are the same key hexes from 25 yrs ago.
This is the ISC help forthcoming, as the ISC have no parts.

Well i think D-Fly has it right. The peices all came with notes right? A list of letters and #s. Here is all the Romulan empire has , We hope it solves the puzzle. FTOBE-3619, THCEN-1421. and one set of letters but no sector # with it. GURFN. OK folks our cards are on the table. for better or worse .

Vice President Ho Chi hurried down the corridor. The Presidents had requested his presence for consultation purposes. He wondered what could possibly be this important at his time of night.
As Ho Chi entered the Presidential Stateroom, the Presidents were gathered about a table reviewing data on the main computer monitor. S1 walks across the room, "Vice President, we have solved the Vorlon Super Duper Ray Gun Weapon System!"
Ho Chi raised his eyebrows. 'Could these clowns really have solved the question that has perplexed the entire galaxy for so long,' he thought.
"What is the solution?"
"Come over and view the data. You will see...you will see," exclaimed S2.
The data streamed across the screen as S3 tried to explain the facts and the theories behind the hypothesized solution. When S3 was done S1 said, "This is what we Presidents will announce to the galaxy. The presidential Sheridans will be the heroes of the galaxy!"
"Vice President Ho Chi, do you agree our hypothesis holds true?" asked S2. Ho Chi was still evaluating the data when S3 grew impatient.
"Vice President Ho Chi! The Presidents have hypothesized these facts and the scenario that must follow. Does our hypothesis hold water?"
As the last words fell upon his ears, a light brightened deep inside Ho Chi's mind.
"Ho Chi, does the Presidents' hypothesis hold water?"
"Mr. Presidents..." Ho Chi searched for the answer.
"Ho Chi, does the Presidents' hypothesis hold water?"
"No, the Presidents' Hypothesis does not hold water!!"
The Sheridans straightened dumbfounded by the response given by the VP. Finally, S1 says, "What?"
"How can that be?" chimed in S2.
"Explain," demanded S3.
The Vice President drew a deep breath and began.....
