Message from Dfly to Lyran high command

Mirak will allow you to reclaim most of your territories, and planets. WE only ask that the neutral line between us move roughly 1.5 hexes into your space, thus allowing us claim to 2 hexes deep. You may go about your business as usual after that. The 1710-1717 would be the new neutral border, then 1717 to 3124.
Reasons for asking for surrender:
1-our turn 4 economy = 320 EP ;D
2-your turn 4 economy = 190 EP (rough estimate by Mirak)
3-we are building DNL_m(s) with speed 24 missiles, and upgrading BS to BATS,
4-We have a fleet of BT ready for end of turn 4
5-we have destroyed a DN and a CA while in dock, our ships left dry dock fully functional

These terms have been accepted by two of the three members of the Lyran High command. Peace will be restored for a time. The Mirak have Won!
(And that also means that any Katnipian brandy addicted pirates may have to go elsewhere to shoot at people legally again)
