The ship was due to arrive at Babylon 5 shortly,..

Sheridan watched as the vessel neared B5,.. it was a stunning sight. The enhanced jump engines glowed with an inner fire.

Delen would be on board. Sheridan hoped somehow she could bring some light to the Mimbari silence and what it actually meant. He needed her most,.. at times like these.

Plus it would be good to see his old love,.. If he could just rid himself of the facial twitch,.. all would be good.

He lite the candles and prepared the meal,...




In the back of his mind he thought of the Lyran Emperor and the meal he would be serving tonight

It had been over half a year since Sheridan had seen Delenn, she had been called away when the Grey Council reformed.



They finished the meal and the talk turned serious,..

Delenn,.. "John there are rumors of the centuries old hatered between the Narn and Centauri resurfacing,.. is this true?"

Sheridan,.. "It is just typical boarder skirmishes, nothing serious"

Delenn,.. "How is the building alliance of nations against the growing threat?"

Sheridan looked down at his feet,. and felt the heat of his right cheek increasing,....

Delenn,.. "John,.. your holding back,.. surley the ISC are onboard,.. your a respected leader amongst the nations,.. None have forgotten what occurred before,... "

Sheridan hoped in vain for some sort of emergency to occur on B5,.. he scrambled to figure out how to contact the VP,...

Sheridan,.. "The ISC are a race that is always half in the water and half out" (LOL),.... "they have a hard time committing." He knew he was hiding the recent truth,..

Delenn,.. "Let us walk and talk in more detail,... "

The panick rose in Sheridan,... they exited the room headed for the gardens,..

They exited the room and the couple strolled along the passage way,.. headed for the luxurious gardens,.. Sheridan was in a near panic, as soon, the truth would have to come out.



Delen,.. "I have a meeting with the ISC ambassador later today. It would seem that during my travels here a Mimbari fleet has arrived at their border and in fact on an ISC planet. The ISC have called an emergency meeting with the Mimbari Ambassador. Seeing as the old Ambassador has refused to attend any meetings at ALL,.. I will in his place! Surely there is some confusion over this incident."

Delen,.. "Our long range sensors also detected the signs of combat around Sector 2522 and the ancient revered Jump Gate there. Have you,...

Sheridan immediately cut her off,.. "Excuse me for just a minute Delenn,.. ",.. and he quickly headed for the bathroom nearby"

Sheridan hit his comms,.. "VP report in, I am in a jam",... Nothing,...
Sheridan,.. "Crap,.. umm,.. Ivanova,.. report",.. he waits the sweat on his brow is building and his twitch has started. No answer,..

Sheridan calling out in frustration,.. "I am screwed,.. where is everyone? I need help getting out of this bathroom!!"

Ivanova,.. "Mr. President your comms are still on,.. Ho Chi and I were in a meeting,... Did you say your stuck in a bathroom?"
