The greatest scientists of all nations have come to the following consensous. By studying the energy readings here are the possible results they have come up with.
Final cut and copy, correct there are no more except for ZHD. This is the last part of the Vorlon write up. This occurs on imp 3 of turn 10
When last emitter is destroyed (or turn 15) the Shadow world will broadcast a signal that will begin a power up in crust of all player’s capitals, Three plotable impulses later the attack will occur. Then we all roll on the capital attack sub table to see what rises from within the planetary crusts, including B5.

God Help You All !
This is likely (Players call) that this is the end of the Campaign !

Long live the Shadows !
When I set this up long ago, I figured hell if the game is ending lets give em all some fun battles. Who will really care if at the close of a campaign someone's capital goes down.
To our last fun battles, may we all enjoy the challenges they present. I am curious how all naitons fair ?

The E.A. finds that under this Shadow onslaught, We cannot defend Earth. We are ordering massive evacuations to Proxima where B6 and our ships can better defend the populace of the Earth Alliance. To the people of Earth, Flee or hide. To the E. A. Forces, this is a minor setback, we will be victorious elsewhere. Long live the E.A.

The Klingons cheer,
"Finally the Centauri will be driven from our capital!"
Will the Centauri defend Klingon ?

Couple thoughts here:
This is a game in which the Shadows can jump to anywhere on the map, did anyone really not defend the capital ?
All players have a full turn of movement to get ships there, are there really no ships within a turns movement of your capital. ?
The background.doc left a glaring clue to defend your capitals, did you really ignore that ?
If so to all of the above, well then likely your capital is going up in flames.
Once again not that it matters that much it is the end of the game.

And if a few races should survive the onslaught of Shadow ships on their homeworld? what of them? The ISC for one plan on winning such a battle. OH, Question. If a ship is being built and is to be ready at end of turn 10, will it appear on time for the Shadows or will it be stuck in the station?

Unfortunately Dlfy it is impulse 3 of turn 10 so construction is not complete. Also unfortunately there is nothing in the rules regarding a thermo nukler (George Bush Talk device disrupting shadow exit strategies. It truely a time to call out to all allies in an attempt to defend as many home worlds as possible. Many of you are within 3 of other folks home worlds, but will you offer assistance ? In the case of the Narn a main battle fleet is at Centauri Prime, and there own capital is devoid of defenses. Oh the cost of war,.. The Narn people will greive over this war with the Klingons, and many other nations will suffer great lose. The Shadows bring a darkness to all the peoples of this Galaxy The Prophet of Delphi has finally awoken with a Scream !!!!

Truthfully, I didn't think you would have Shadows at Earth. I was prepared to defend other systems and do have ships at Earth , but the possible size of the attacking shadows is more than they can bear. Although, is it a base station at Earth or a Battle Station? If I only knew the composition of ships coming out

Yes George, when I thought this up I decided it could only be done if it was level across the board to all nations.
The First Ones have often hinted at the ability to foresee the future in the show.
I add libbed and said the Shadows could know 10,000 years ago where to place their ships under the crust of planets. I know it is a stretch but when you try to Ref a game of this magnitude sometimes you have to stretch.
My other thought was that every planet has the Shadows down under but they can only "raise" so many. The capitals were choosen for maximun "effect" and to insure their eventual win.
Either way,...
It is the ending with a bang. PS I do not plan on running myself like 10-11 Shadow battles at each of your capitals (not enough time) so this is also an opportunity for those who do not often get the chance to fly to run some fun ships. Anyone who swears they will fly with honesty to win is welcome to run battles against the capitals. I will run the closer ones and hand off the landslide expected wins.
Remeber what Roman/The Kingon Nation has taught all of us this game,.. how you go down, is much more important than how you win. It is easy to do well and keep your composer when winning but it is tough to do so when your down and out. He has earned much respect from me and many other players during the lose of his nation to the Centauri. Take that into consideration when many of you lose your capitals.
George a interesting start, your thoughts go to saving your peoples,... evacuate and head to Proxima/New Earth under the protection of B6.
Interesting indeed.

Fortunately I have also that option, but have declined to use it so far.
