In a half hour battle the Romulan ships defeated the remaining Shadow forces.
What follows is a cut an paste of the Ref's notes on Vorlon space, Vorlon home world, Vorlon BB in Orbit also trapped in Stasis.
It ends abruptly and I cannot reveal the last section at this time, but I assure you, you will not have to wait long to see the rest.
Vorlon Space is controlled by the Shadows
The three points of top, lower right, lower left have the emitters, rest are blank nebula hexes.

Regular Nebula effects visibility only, everything is safe
Description 2:
This point in Vorlon space has a unusual anomaly in it. It is a rather large Focused Beam Emitter. The device is the size of a huge ship (represented by the FRD). It is Shadow made as clear by its look. Emanating from the device are time ripples that roll through any ship in the hex. It appears to have little shields and few weapons. Unfortunately for you a Shadow ship is coming out of a jump point between you and the object. Red Alert !
First time : SHDW
Second time : SHBC + SHBC
Third time : SHDNH + SHCA + SHCLM + SHDW
REF All three must be destroyed to deactivate the statis on Vorlon homeworld
Vorlon Home world
Description
1 Turn View:
The Vorlon Home world is encased in a scintillating energy field; all things are frozen in this field. The energy field is huge engulfing the entire planet and even a large area around the planet in orbit. The field has properties you have never seen before and further study over turns may reveal more. Ripples in the fabric of time emanate out from the Vorlon home world. It is unlike anything your crews have ever seen before. No probes/scans of any type seem to penetrate this field. Nothing in the field moves it is as if all is frozen. That is all that can be learned in this turn of study.
2 Turn Study:
The energy field is a massive stasis (look this up if you do not know) field. The Vorlon homeworld is trapped in time. The energy needed to power this type of field must be located nearby as nothing can power from within a time trapped stasis field. A single Vorlon battleship (L-VOBB) can be seen trapped in time, in orbit around its home world. Below barely able to be seen through the stasis field is the wonder of the Vorlon home world. Insert imagination here à X You are, no doubt, the first peoples to ever see the Vorlon World and not be instantly destroyed by the Vorlons !
3 Turn:
The power to maintain the field must come from within a hex or two of the planet. It is being beamed in from another location. At the outskirts of the system is a wrecked and derelict Vorlon transport. It has drifted and smashed into an asteroid field, the repeated smashing has totaled it. It is clear the ship was disabled somehow before it drifted into the asteroid field and smashed up. The Vorlon’s on board are dead or gone. It appears the stasis field may effect the Vorlons on the outside of the field as well. They are somehow connected to their home world more than one would think.
REF If all three emitters are destroyed the Vorlon BB will launch an attack on the planet of Zha Ha Doom,.. Stripped of the rest of the Vorlon forces/nation it will offer out to all nations in the game to join in an attack on the Shadows. The Vorlon will open a Jump Gate to Zha Ha Doom (from their capital) for all nations to move through in exactly 6 impulses from this date. It is expected that the battle at the Shadow capital will be epic in scale. The Vorlon can stack 11 other vessels during Jump and in
combat !!! This will be the greatest battle of this campaign, good luck to all.
The following message will be broadcast to all worlds from the Vorlon (Kosh's ship)
“ I am Kosh, the last of the Vorlons left in your plan of existence. Our planet has been trapped in Stasis and is now freed. The time is at hand to bring the Shadows to an end. Genocide has begun against your races, already the Shadows are beginning to put in motion events that will lay waster to your peoples. The one hope for your races survival is to join my vessel in an all attack on the Shadow Home World. Weakened by our forces unsuccessful earlier attack it is may now be possible to defeat them. The future is before you and you must now decide. In 6 of your impulses I will open a Jump Gate from the Vorlon Home World to Zha Ha Doom, up to 11 other vessels can accompany my ship through.“
When last emitter is destroyed (or turn 15) the Shadow world will broadcast a signal that will span across all the Galaxy. All TV's, Comm systems, RFID's, and plasma displays will eminate the erie shadow howl/screech. The power of this broadcast is astonishing and the meaning of the it is unclear but worrysome.
